Discover The Important Detail when Using WorldWide Brands ….Customer Service Had To Be Contacted Before I could use their dropship directory…. This is Valuable Info you Need To Know

I tried the using the worldwidebrands drop shipping directory -  I was not able to use it….

…This is what happened (check out the screenshot left). When I went to their login page I entered my username and password. When I clicked login I was presented with the following screen. Instead of directing me to the worldwidebrands dashboard I was greeted with an error that says “ make sure you select the “Always trust.” Checkbox and select “Run”

 

“ I was in a bit of a hurry to use worldwidebrands” - naturally we always are when we can get access!

My natural instinct to investigate myself I searched around on the worldwidebrands site to see what support material that they have to support my problem.

I discovered that they have a very tiny link that says “ login help” you can see it on the screenshot below the “find products now” yellow button on the left hand margin. I clicked on it and I am presented with the following screenshot. I made sure that I have the lastest java version installed on my pc. I checked by following the instructions on the screen shot photo to your right.

 

I have a technical background and I am very handy with PC’s so I started emliminating things. I disabled my firewall and windows security. But I still couldn’t start using worldwidebrands. So I flicked an email to the support team for worldwidebrands. Here is the email that I sent to worldwidebrands customer support team on September 4th :

How long did worldwidebrands take to get back to me?

A worldwidebrands customer service specialist got back to me within 24hrs so I was very impressed with their contact. What did they send me? As you can see in the screenshot above it was a stock email that details how to eliminate other software on the PC. I had already disabled my firewall and windows firewall (not to mention I don’t even use windows firewall I find it unsatisfactory I actually use zonealarm) Please note that I have ommited the customer service representative details on the email screen shot.

 

 

Since I had already tried the following I had to reply to worlwidebrands again to sort the login issue out. You can see the response from the worldwidebrands customer service representative below. The customer service specialist has told me to call her between the hours of 9am to 5.30pm EST during Monday to Friday. She states that I should have 30mins up my sleeve. She said she can help me by accessing my computer and finding out what is causing the issue. Since I am based in Australia I will have ring early in the morning to get a hold of the customer service specialist.

I called ________  the customer service specialist from worldwidebrands at 8:56am local time in Australia.

 

Here is the conversation with world wide brands ……

 

I called them up and entered the extension number that the rep had left me. The phone kept ringing for about 30 secs then went to voice mail. The voice message was for another representative not the one that had contacted me by email. I didn’t end up leaving a message as I would prefer to speak to worldwidebrands when it is convenient for me. So I will call them back later.

During the day I tired up and busy doing things so I ended up leaving it until Wednesday. I phoned them again on Wednesday 8:42am local Australia time. I was again presented with another representatives voicemail message. I decided not to leave a message so I will try contacting them again shortly.  I called them again at 9:50am but this time I contacted their direct support telephone number and pressed “1″ to go through to their support team. The phone kept ringing and eventually went to voicemail to state that all of their support representatives are either busy or I have called them outside of customer support hours.
